Jason Baybutt

Jason Baybutt, Chief Operating Officer of PubCo Reporting Solutions and President of WB Associates has been providing financial, operational, strategic and capital market advisory services to both private and public companies for over 20 years. He is also currently CFO & Corporate Secretary of Pepcap Resources, Inc., a publicly traded TSXV Company, and Senior Vice President, Finance of Artelo Biosciences, Inc., a publicly traded Nasdaq Company. Jason’s areas of expertise include financial reporting, reverse mergers, business combinations and acquisitions. As well, Jason is highly experienced in SEDAR, EDGAR, iXBRL, SEDI regulatory filing requirements.  Offering a boutique style of service, Jason is a trusted and proactive business partner for PubCo clients, setting us apart from our competitors and larger, more expensive accounting firms.  Outside of work Jason enjoys a variety of west coast activities, including mountain biking, skiing and pond hockey.
