Atsushi Kameda

Atsushi graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Commerce  from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan and obtained his CPA designation in 2012, and is a member of CPA Ontario. He began his career at KPMG in Tokyo in 2008 as a Senior Accountant/Manager overseeing audits for private and exchange listed Companies.  In 2014 Atsushi moved to Canada and began his career at PubCo Reporting Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Accountant/ Manager. He works with clients in a variety of industries within the public company space, including entertainment, biotechnology, mining, and technology.  Atsushi specializes in consolidated financial statement and note disclosure preparation, derivative accounting including option valuation and financial modeling tools, business combination accounting and cap table management.  In his role at Pubco Reporting Solutions, Atsushi has been a valuable resource for our private and public reporting entities.  He is fluent in both English and Japanese.  Atsushi is an avid international traveler, having visited more than 30 countries.  When at home, Atsushi spends many off hours shredding the ski slopes of BC, Canada.
