Matthew Wierzchowski, MBA, CFA, CSSGB has a strong fundraising backgroundpreviously holding multiple Senior Executive Positions throughout 12 years of progressive accounting experience and 10 years of commercial banking and large corporate credit syndications experience working for TD Securities, CIBC World Markets and EDC. Matthew has managed Multi-National operations in Canada, USA, Europe and the Caribbean (US GAAP and IFRS) directly responsible for multi-$100 million level budgets. Matthew is also an Experienced Accounting Executive with experience in advanced manufacturing (SMT Electronics/Aerospace), hospitality and construction industries. Matthew specialized in Strategic Business Management specifically, ERP rollouts, internal project lead, negotiations lead for acquisitions, advanced forecasting/budgets and complex valuations. He is a Demonstrated Leader employing Lean Six Sigma methodology and a Continuous Improvement mindset to manage projects and divisional objectives. Matthew earned a Specialist in Econometrics and Business undergrad from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Ted Rogers School of Business at Ryerson University, he is a CFA and Six Sigma Black Belt Candidate, with a Green Belt (CSSGB) from Villanova University.
